This event will be held Monday, June 14th 10:00am at the Public Safety Training Center on

Lovvorn Rd.  Directions will be posted on Home Page.

 

The winner will be decided by a combination of points and time from the overall total of the

following events:

  1.  Road run with various obstacles

  2.  Pushups one point for each completed re (unlimited number)

  3.  Stair climb

  4.  Car Push

  5.  Dummy carry

  6.  Tire flip

  7.  Chop sled (as used in the firefighter competition)

  8 . Rope climb

  9.  Kettle bell throw

10.  Ab crunch, one point for each completed re (unlimited number)
